Over the last 25 years, Kris has earned a reputation as one of Australia ’s leading and most respected advisors in the remuneration area.

Kris has experience in all key areas of remuneration including remuneration packaging, incentive plans, share plans and replicator plans, gained while working with many of Australia ’s top consulting organisations.

During this time Kris has also played a key role in developing new generation savings/share plan structures in Australia . He consults to a wide range of clients including many of Australia ’s Top 100 companies and is highly sought after as a public speaker.

Kris has co-authored a number of books in Australia on executive remuneration including "Effective Remuneration Strategies", "The Australian Remuneration Manual", "Taxation Aspects of Employee Relocation", "Employee Incentive Plans" and "The Employee Share Plan Report" and “The Employee Share Plan Handbook”.
